Plus Bio is an educational wellness service, operated from Denmark by Plus Bio, CVR 43049046, Centrifugevej 374, 2800 Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. It is available to members internationally; members outside Denmark use it at their own election and are responsible for compliance with their local rules on self-pay laboratory testing. What Plus Bio is, and what it is not
Plus Bio provides education and organization around health information you supply: trends, general reference context, habit support, and preparation for conversations with your own clinicians. Plus Bio is not a medical provider, does not practice medicine, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of anything in this product. For emergencies, call your local emergency number — 112 in Denmark and across the EU, 911 in the US.
Membership and your trial
New beta memberships cost $1.99 per month after a three-month trial. A card is required at signup. A new member receives 90 days without a charge; members who already used free cycles receive 30 days per remaining cycle. Stripe shows your exact first charge date before you confirm. The trial runs by time, so a missed check-in does not extend it. A trial cannot be restarted after cancellation.
Your $1.99 beta rate stays the same while your membership continues, including after beta. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed rate and trial end date. Stripe bills under the name Plus Bio; your receipt shows your actual billing terms.
Cancel on the Membership page, through your Stripe receipt, or by emailing mario@plus.bio. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access lasts until your trial or paid period ends; your saved history and exports remain available. Account deletion also requests cancellation. If Stripe cannot confirm that billing is stopped, deletion pauses and explains what to do.
Your record belongs to you
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You grant Plus Bio permission to store and process it to provide the features you choose, not to sell your health information or train models on it. You can export your record, including your generated reports and original files, and share the copy with someone you choose. This does not transfer your account or ownership of the underlying AI software.
Our privacy policyexplains AI processing, data use, retention, export and deletion. AI processing can be disabled in Settings. Third-party testing is optional and governed by the provider's terms. We disclose any affiliate relationship beside the link; Plus Bio does not sell or perform the tests.
Your responsibilities
Enter data honestly about yourself, or a person you are authorized to assist; keep your sign-in email secure; use the service only if you are 18 or older; understand that AI-generated reports can contain errors and are educational context, not verdicts.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plus Bio is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
