Terms of service

Plus Bio is an educational wellness service. It is operated from the United States and available to members internationally; members outside the US use it at their own election and are responsible for compliance with their local rules on self-pay laboratory testing. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What Plus Bio is, and what it is not

Plus Bio provides education and organization around health information you supply: trends, general reference context, habit support, and preparation for conversations with your own clinicians. Plus Bio is not a medical provider, does not practice medicine, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of anything in this product. For emergencies, call 911.

Membership and billing

Your first three cycles are free: three months, one cycle a month, and a month you skip still uses one. We do not ask for a card to start. Continued membership is billed monthly via Stripe at the displayed price until you cancel. Stripe bills under the name DALT AI.

To cancel, use the cancel control on the Membership page, the cancel link in the receipt Stripe emails you, or write to plusbio@dalt.ai. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Your history remains readable and exportable. Deleting your account in Settings also cancels your membership; billing stops at the end of the period you have paid for.

Your responsibilities

Enter data honestly and only about yourself; keep your sign-in email secure; use the service only if you are 18 or older; understand that AI-generated reports can contain errors and are educational context, not verdicts.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plus Bio is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
